Bugatti ergo carving knife (ZC-08950)

Ergo carving knife from Casa Bugatti. The blade length is 200mm with a thickness of 2.5mm and is made from a high carbon stainless steel alloy. The heat treatment gives the blade a hardness which guarantees optimal cutting and a long life of the blade edge.
