Bugatti ergo boning knife (ZC-08985)

Ergo boning knife from Casa Bugatti . The blade is 150mm long with a thickness of 2.5mm and is made from a high carbon stainless steel alloy. The heat treatment gives the blade a hardness which guarantees optimal cutting and a long life of the blade edge.
